The reservation procedure collects the customer's request and, in real time or after a few hours, sends a voucher reading the reservation confirmation code, to be shown at the museum entrance in order to get into the museum without queuing up.
The voucher can also be used for discounts, purchases in partner stores, museum or event merchandising and is a warranty for long range travellers or for those on a short trip, who do not want to waste their time standing in line.
