My website is hosted on the server of the webagency that built it. Do I have to migrate it to use your e-store service?

No, we can build an e-store with your website's colours, graphics and look & feel, hosted on our servers. You only have to link it with just an hyperlink from your website.

I do not want to remain linked to a supplier for such an important business as e-commerce. What should I do to get independent?

Our e-commerce solution does not interfere with your company's system: it is just a link which from you website takes visitors to the e-store that has been created for you. When the agreement expires you will only have to remove the link and the e-store will not be reachable anymore.

I understand that my customers visit my website, but, if they order something, you are the ones who sell the goods. Is that correct?

Yes, the sale formally occurs between Weekend a Firenze srl (company authorised to sell by mail order) and the final customer. Therefore, Weekend a Firenze srl is responsible for collecting money, shipping, goods quality, privacy matter, etc.

My company is not able to collect money from private customers around the world. How can I sell through e-commerce?

Your company will periodically bill Weekend a Firenze srl for goods sold through the e-store that can be reached from your website. All credit card problems, fraud risks, etc. are upon Weekend a Firenze srl.

My website changes its graphic and look & feel every six months. How do I keep my e-store graphically up-to-date?

Everytime you change your website's graphic, you only have to contact via e-mail Weekend a Firenze. In three working day the e-store will be updated with your new graphic.

I heard that sometimes there are problems with credit card numbers on the internet. I do not want my company to manage these problems: can you take care of them?

Payment from final customer gets done by credit card or bank transfer and, anyway, every payment is due to Weekend a Firenze srl, which formally takes care of the sale. Therefore every aspect of managing payment by credit card is taken care of by Weekend a Firenze srl.

My warehouse is not organised to sell one item at the time. Who ships to customers?

Weekend a Firenze owns large warehouses to house your goods waiting to be sold. Shipping is taken care of by Weekend a Firenze, using the carrier chosen by your company, after an accurate packing.

My company uses customised material for packing (boxes, tapes, etc.): is it possible to do it with your service?

Yes, goods will ship with your company's material (packaging, instructions, advertising, etc.), unless its being more noticeable puts shipping at danger or makes theft or lost more likely.

My company already have agreements with national and international carriers. Can we use them for this business?

Yes, Weekend a Firenze srl will use "your" carriers according to "your" conditions, or, if those kind of agreements lack, its own usual carriers.

I want our goods to be sold at prices our company decides. How can I do it, if formally Weekend a Firenze srl is the company that sells?

My company is able to ship worldwide, therefore I do not need that goods leave from Weekend a Firenze's warehouse. As soon as you receive an order on our e-store, we'll ship the goods.

Our solution prevents you from investing in technology: everything gets done thank to Weekend a Firenze's servers, software, resources and procedures. Any PC connected to the internet will allow you to access our interface to check sales outcomes, traffic, supplies for the e-store.
