And why is a certain customer important: because he/she buys a lot, has been buying for a long time, pays quickly, is new, buys everything from us and ignore our competitors, buys products with the largest mark-up for us, or because he/she has certain specific characteristics, i.e. he/she performs a certain type of work, he/she is important in his/her environment...?

The marketing database Web95 builts for its partners, starting from their administrative archive, will be processed to create what customers belong to the profiles most interesting to the company, in order to build several customers' segments, to provide them with different offers and conditions.

This process will be repeated periodically to verify if those customers belonging to thedifferent segments still behave as they are supposed to, or their classification has to be reconsidered.
