The easiest way to share with a customer the fact that his/her is an asset for the company is to give him/her a certain "score", according to his/her purchasing behaviour: the points gained can be spent for future purchases in the company's e-store, or collected for future items.
Web95, once built the database for its partner and prepared the customers profiling, bestowes them a score, according to criteria decided with the partner: as a matter of fact, customers are signed up to individual "accounts" which will be fed with future purchases or will be spent in the e-store.
